I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms offered a view of the car park and a communications tower across from ours before revealing a lovely view over the valley by mid-afternoon. The service was exceptional, with a dedicated and friendly team making me feel important from check-in to check-out. The location was picturesque, nestled among the Mt Lofty Botanic Gardens, offering stunning views and a perfect setting for a getaway or celebration. However, the dining experience, despite being ample and delicious, didn't quite meet my lofty expectations. The facilities were satisfactory overall.
